Improve the workflow.
Measure the difference.

We start from a real bottleneck, use tools that already solve part of the work and measure an improvement at equivalent quality.

01 / The engagement

BIM automation and data

An integrated, tested and transferable process that reduces work or rework, or improves information control for a specific decision.

02 / What we need
  • Current process and observed bottleneck
  • A representative case with permitted inputs
  • Tools and plugins available in the current workflow
  • The result, quality and decision that need to improve
03 / What we deliver
  • Diagnosis of the process and current alternative
  • A bounded implementation integrated into the workflow
  • Tests, measurements and observed failures
  • Documented handover; maintenance separated when relevant
04 / Clear boundaries

Clear boundaries

  • An isolated export or an existing button is not presented as an automation promise.
  • There is no universal savings percentage, and improvement is not promised before equivalent quality is measured.
  • The solution and tools depend on the case; maintenance is scoped separately when needed.
05 / How acceptance is agreed

How acceptance is agreed

  • Comparable inputs and quality for the current and proposed workflows
  • Measured setup, human, machine and waiting time, plus incidents
  • Representative variations and failure cases tested
  • A documented process for use and handover
06 / How we work

How we work

  1. 01

    Observe the process

We identify the bottleneck, its frequency and the decision it affects.

  2. 02

    Measure the alternative

We record the competent current workflow, including available plugins and reusable setup.

  3. 03

    Implement and test

We integrate the improvement and repeat it with comparable inputs, variations and failures.

  4. 04

    Transfer with evidence

We hand over measurements, documentation and limits; maintenance is agreed separately when relevant.

07 / FAQ

Useful questions

01What if a plugin already solves part of the problem?

We use it as part of the workflow when appropriate. The work focuses on the complete process and the missing result rather than rebuilding a function that already exists.

02How is process improvement demonstrated?

We compare equivalent inputs and acceptance. Setup, human time, machine time, waiting, incidents and corrections are measured alongside the resulting quality.

03Does implementation include maintenance?

Handover is part of the result. If the process needs ongoing maintenance, it is defined as a separate scope with its own responsibilities.
